You also become a part of the WebTec family when you sign up for a hosting plan. We tell all our clients that we are an open book, so please ask us any questions that you have. We love what we do and we love talking about it.

We aren’t here to nickel and dime anyone on their one hour of updates per month either. If you go over by 15 minutes, we aren’t going to send you an invoice. If you don’t make any updates for three months and then want to make one update for three hours of time, that’s no problem.
